The SealTall project aims to develop a system that integrates a set of solutions to monitor and control fishing activities, responding to different needs identified in the monitoring, control and surveillance systems. Additionally, the solution to be developed will address fishing management capabilities.
ISCTE-IUL participated in ​​the areas of computer vision, analysis of fishing data (Big Data Analysis) and identification of fishing patterns.

Resulted in the creation of a patent – Method and system of alert, monitoring and identification of activities in vessels – Patent No. 110128 (National Institute of Industrial Property).
