Complexity and Computational Modelling

The computer based analysis and modeling of systems, in a broader sense, is anchored in the Complexity and Computational Modeling group. This research group aims at looking, explaining and analyzing human and social systems as complex systems and also as susceptible to computational modeling through mathematical tools.

CCM addresses Network Theory, computational models for smart, crowdsourcing, and ecological systems, social stigmergetic phenomena, human creativity and improvisation phenomena, multi-criteria analysis and improved mathematical models for decision making, and new cryptographic algorithms.
